Congratulations to two teams from the School of Science, University of Phayao, for being selected to participate in the Hackathon event under "The Health Promotion Innovation Playground (Regional) Northern Thailand," held at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai, on March 1-2, 2025.
The two teams are Team ESS from the Sports and Exercise Science Program, with Dr. Patcharin Tangchaisuriya, Assistant Dean for Student Development, as the advisor, and Team Leaf to Life from the Biology Program, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Siriwat Boonchaisri as the advisor. Asst. Prof. Dr. Reungruthai Sirirak, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, and Ms. Narumol Boonruang, a scientist from the Biology Program, will be closely supervising and guiding the students throughout the event.
The selection of these two teams reflects the potential of students from the School of Science, University of Phayao, in creative thinking and developing innovations to address health problems. This aligns with the school's mission to produce graduates with academic competencies and essential 21st-century skills, known as 5C+: Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation, Cross-cultural Understanding, Collaboration, Communication, and Computer Literacy.
