A Door for More Success: Message from the Acting President
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, Acting President of University of Phayao, sensibly stressed UP competitive strategies in a Meeting of Division Directors on November 22, 2018.
The air of the meeting was filled with enthusiasm, cooperation, and professional discussion of what would be uniquely institutionalized as UP DNAs:

2. Research and Innovation
3. Academic Service
4. Preservation and Promotion of Art and Culture
5. Good Governance
6. Internationalization
These are indeed the very six pillars, emphasized the Acting President, that will enhance UP standing as a local university with international standards.
