April 1, 2026 The Division of Buildings and Facilities, University of Phayao, organized an activity to declare and express its intent to “neither give nor receive gifts or presents of any kind in the performance of duties (No Gift Policy),” while jointly displaying symbols of anti-corruption, in order to instill values of integrity and transparency in the division’s operations.
On this occasion, Mr. Jirawat Man-ngan, Director of the Division of Buildings and Facilities, led personnel in a campaign walk and symbolic demonstration to raise awareness and reinforce correct practices in accordance with the principles of good governance.
This activity formed part of the drive to implement the No Gift Policy and aligned with the guidelines of the Integrity and Transparency Assessment for government agencies (ITA), with an emphasis on ensuring that all personnel perform their duties with honesty, transparency, and accountability.
