On 30–31 July 2025, the School of Political and Social Sciences, University of Phayao, conducted its Internal Educational Quality Assessment at the Program Level for Academic Year 2024.
Associate Professor Dr. Montra Pongnil, Dean of the School, delivered the welcoming remarks to the assessment committee, while Associate Professor Dr. Veera Lertsomporn, Deputy Dean for Academic Innovation, presented the program implementation report.
The assessment aimed to evaluate program quality in accordance with higher education standards and to gather constructive recommendations from external experts for further improvement and development of each program.

The assessment’s primary goal was to upgrade program quality to remain current and responsive to rapidly changing social contexts, with a strong emphasis on outcomes-based education. It aims to develop learners with the competencies and future skills required in the evolving labor market, aligning with the School’s vision of becoming “a vibrant, engaging School that nurtures ‘Ratthapat Innovators for Community.’”
