On September 14-15, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, along with the School of Education Student Association, and the representative students of the School of Education, conducted volunteer activities to develop Ban Santisuk School, Khun Khuan, Pong District, Phayao, under the project to develop a research center for excellence in education and community learning in the high areas. It was welcomed by Mr. Wanlop Jairaksa, the Director of Ban Santisuk School, along with Ms. Pattarawan Kanta, the Deputy Director of Ban Santisuk School, teachers, and Education personnel of Ban Santisuk School. In this regard, the School of Education Student Association also conducted the activities to promote morality, ethics, and desirable characteristics for students at Ban Santisuk School, paint buildings and bathrooms, as well as develop the landscape around the school to be cleaner and more beautiful. The objectives of this activity were: 1) to promote students' knowledge and understanding in organizing school development volunteer camp activities, 2) to promote and cultivate public consciousness do the benefits for society and build relationships with educational institutions and communities, and 3) to forge the ideals and spirit of being a teacher to develop local communities following the aspirations of the University of Phayao “Wisdom for community strength”.
