The School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao, proudly congratulates the student team of “Green–SEEN Spark Hub” on receiving funding support under the “Spark UP Club: Igniting Student Entrepreneurship” project, organized by the Innovation and Technology Transfer Institute, University of Phayao. The initiative aims to empower students to transform their knowledge, creativity, and innovative ideas into entrepreneurial opportunities.
The funding award ceremony was held as part of UP Innovation Day 2026 on Tuesday, 25 August 2026, at Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium, University of Phayao. The event was honored by Ms. Ora-apa Lohweera, Governor of Phayao Province, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special keynote address. Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presented the funding to the selected student teams.
The Green–SEEN Spark Hub operates as a student development initiative under the Student Affairs Division of the School of Energy and Environment, with Dr. Satawat Thanarat, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, serving as the club advisor. The initiative provides students with opportunities to apply their academic knowledge, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking to develop innovative products, services, and solutions in the fields of energy and environment.
Receiving this funding marks another important milestone in nurturing the next generation of energy and environmental entrepreneurs. Through hands-on learning, innovation, and collaboration, Green–SEEN Spark Hub aims to transform student ideas into practical solutions that create value for society and the environment, contributing to sustainable development in the future.
