On Wednesday, 3 September 2025, at Room A101, Old General Classroom Building, University of Phayao, the Bachelor of Public Administration Program in Public Innovation Management organized an activity under the project “Development of Learning Skills for Third-Year Students” (Project Code 684101340), focusing on “Communication and Personality Skills for Internship Readiness.”
The session featured Mr. Narong Wongchai as a distinguished guest speaker, who shared his extensive knowledge and experience on:
- Effective communication in professional contexts
- Developing appropriate and professional personality and demeanor
- Mental readiness and positive attitudes before entering an organization
The activity aimed to build confidence and readiness among third-year students prior to their professional internships. Students actively participated in discussions and practical exercises in a warm and constructive atmosphere.
