Authors are invited to submit 3-5 page papers in IEEE double-column format for the IEEE R10 HTC 2026 conference via the EDAS link provided. The conference will include both invited and contributed papers, with awards given for the best contributions. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
