On June 13, 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA), University of Phayao, attended the 4/2026 Meeting of the University of Phayao Council, held at The Quarter Chaophraya by UHG Hotel, Bangkok, and via electronic conferencing. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Emeritus Attapon Yaisawang, President of the University Council.
During the meeting, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin presented the vision and strategic development directions of the School of Business and Communication Arts to the University Council in her capacity as the newly appointed Dean. The presentation outlined the School’s development framework in alignment with the University of Phayao’s strategic goals, emphasizing future-ready human capital development, the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) into learning and teaching, the cultivation of entrepreneurs and professional communicators, the expansion of international collaborations, and the advancement of sustainable organizational development.
The University Council acknowledged the presentations on the visions and development directions of various academic units, including the School of Business and Communication Arts. This presentation provided an important opportunity to communicate the School’s strategic direction and development goals to the Council, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the University of Phayao’s mission of becoming a leading higher education institution that creates positive and sustainable impacts on society and the nation.
