On 25 May 2026, the School of Business and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, organized the activity “One Team, One Goal: Uniting People for Sustainable Shared Success” at Riva Vista Riverfront Resort, Chiang Rai Province. The event brought together 55 academic and support personnel and was officially opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyathip Khruhayothin, Dean of the School of Business and Communication Arts. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the importance of collaboration, shared responsibility, and collective engagement in achieving the school’s strategic goals and long-term development objectives.
The activity was designed to strengthen relationships among personnel, enhance teamwork and collaboration, and encourage active participation in shaping and pursuing shared organizational goals. Through a variety of team-building activities, interactive discussions, and cross-functional exchanges, participants gained a deeper understanding of how different units within the school contribute to its overall success. These experiences fostered mutual trust, strengthened organizational unity, and reinforced a shared commitment to advancing the school’s mission and strategic direction.
The program generated positive outcomes in promoting organizational awareness and employee engagement. Participants developed a greater appreciation for collaborative work practices, gained clearer insights into the school’s development priorities, and engaged in constructive dialogue that encouraged the exchange of ideas, diverse perspectives, and professional knowledge.
