On November 7, 2024, the School of Education, University of Phayao, participated in the Royal Kathina ceremony, in 2024. It was led by Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean of the School of Education, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean of Planning and Student Quality Development, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean, the Head of Office, the Head of Works, and supporting staff by Professor Athapol Yaisawang, the President of the University of Phayao Council, was led the University of Phayao’s administrators, students, and honored guests who participated in the Royal Kathina ceremony carried the Royal Kathin robes to Wat Sri Khom Kham. After that, Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, was the president of the Royal Kathina ceremony with the royal merit donated for this year's 4,019,999.99 baht. On this occasion, the School of Education also offered food to serve the people who participated at Wat Sri Khom Kham, Phayao.
