November 6, 2024, the School of Education, University of Phayao, conducted an orientation meeting for new staff of the School of Education, led by Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean of the School of Education, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Namfon Gunma, the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Dr. Kasidit Meeprom, the Associate Dean of Organizational Administration and Quality Development, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Ms. Matika Lerdpathama, Assistant Dean, the Head of Office, and the Head of Works, welcomed and advised the new staff, Ms. Pornnapa Upping, the supporting staff of the School of Education, educator. The objective is to provide the new staff with knowledge and understanding of policies, goals, regulations, roles, responsibilities, and missions of work groups within the School of Education. As well as, the benefits and welfare that staff should receive. Furthermore, introduce proper behavior consistent with the organization's culture to prepare for the work.
