On Saturday, July 13, 2024, the School of Political and Social Sciences at the University of Phayao conducted a project to analyze and review the school’s strategic and annual operational plan for the year 2024. The event was held at the Raiphuklong Hill Conference Room, Ban Tun Subdistrict, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province. The project was led by Associate Professor Dr. Montra Pongnil, Dean of the School, and Assistant Professor Dr. Wannapa Thongdaeng, Deputy Dean for Strategy and Innovation, along with school members, staff, and representatives from the student union.
This project is a process of planning the future direction or course of action for the organization. It emphasizes the processes and overall objectives which the organization aims to achieve in the future, serving as a tool to enhance the efficiency of the organization’s management and administration. This ensures that all units have clear guidelines and directions, enabling the assessment of work outcomes.
Therefore, the Policy and Planning Division has organized this project to develop strategic and operational plans that clearly define the direction of the School of Political Science and Social Sciences’ operations, aligning with the policies of the University of Phayao.
