On September 24, 2024, Associate Professor
Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presided over
the opening ceremony of the Show & Share UP KM & R2R Show UP 2024 at
Muang Phayao Conference Room, University of Phayao. This event aimed to
showcase exemplary models and best practices in various operational areas. It
emphasized knowledge exchange and sharing of experiences in diverse fields such
as teaching, research, academic services, personnel management, and transparent
governance. The event also promoted lifelong learning and supported the
university’s strategic goals in becoming a learning organization (Learning
Organization).
The School of Allied Health Sciences, led
by Assistant Professor Dr. Puttipong Poncumhak, Dean, actively participated in
the event, sharing insights on key success factors and best practices that have
driven the school’s efforts toward achieving its research publication targets
on the international stage for the fiscal year 2024.
In recognition of its outstanding
performance, the School of Allied Health Sciences was honored with two
prestigious awards from the University of Phayao:
1. The
Model Unit Award for Individual Development Plan (IDP) Implementation for
Fiscal Year 2024, earning a top-tier AA rating for its exemplary efforts in
personnel development.
2. The
Best Practice Award for International Publication, reflecting the school’s
academic excellence and commitment to producing high-quality research
recognized on a global scale.
These awards stand as a testament to the School
of Allied Health Sciences' dedication and commitment to advancing academic
achievements in alignment with the university’s strategic goals, ensuring
continuous success and sustainability.
