On April 22–23, 2024, the School of Education conducted the training project “Becoming a Professional Lecturer." UP PSF at CE07214 room, CE General Education Building, University of Phayao, and online (Zoom meeting) by Associate Professor Dr. Raksit Suthipong, the Dean, who was the president to open the project, along with 130 administrators, curriculum lecturers, lecturers who teach in the teaching profession, lecturers who teach in the educational administration, and teachers from the University of Phayao Demonstration School. It was honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Chonthida Thephinlap, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the University of Phayao, and the University of Phayao professional speakers team, which consists of Assistant Professor Dr. Namngern Chantaramanee, the President of Innovation Learning Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Watchara Laenoi, Assistant President, University of Phayao, and Assistant Professor Dr. B.Sc.Pharm. Chantima Churasamee, the Vice Dean for Organizational Development and Integration of Missions for Sustainability as the speaker and leader of workshop activities on the topic “Guidelines for developing the quality of professional teachers UP PSF”. The objective is to encourage teachers to be aware of their roles and missions as professional teachers following the higher education qualification standards “Becoming a professional teacher, UP PSF”.
