On January 5, 2567, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao, led by Associate Professor Dr.Surasak Seaukeaw, the Dean of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, administrators, and students, participated in the traditional event of cloth wrapping and pouring water for the blessings of Phra Muni Sivisutthikun at Wat Dong Phra Chao in Mae Ka, Muang District, Phayao Province. The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, the President of University of Phayao. Within the event, representatives of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences joined in showcasing the cultural performance of Phayao's traditional nail-pounding activity, contributing to the promotion of Buddhist practices and community engagement. This activity aimed to foster collaboration and positive relationships with the local community in Mae Ka, Muang District, Phayao, thereby strengthening the university's ties with the surrounding communities.
