On December 8, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the Dean, along with Dr. Kasidit Meeprom, the Associate Dean of organizational administration and quality Development, Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean of Planning and Student Quality Development, Head of an office, Head of works and, supporting staff conducted the project to develop a modern management system under the principles of good governance with high-quality. “procurement by electronic bidding method” (E-BIDDING) at the School of Education’s conference room, the General Learning Building (PKY), University of Phayao, and online via the Zoom Meeting system. It was honored by Mr. Natthawut Muengma, Head of Supply Analyst, Mr. Phongsiri Dechmont, and Ms. Sutharee Thongkantha, Supply Analyst as a lecturer on the topic “procurement by electronic bidding method (E-BIDDING)”. This project was organized to provide the School of Education personnel have knowledge and understanding of procurement following the Government Procurement and Inventory Management Act B.E. 2560 (2017). Furthermore, to be aware of the processes, procedures, and problems of procurement according to the guidelines by electronic bidding, (E-BIDDING), and also to promote a culture of honesty for personnel following the policy of ethics and transparency of the School of Education and University of Phayao.
