The School of Energy and Environment–SEEN, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the students of the Nature and Environment Conservation Club, University of Phayao., to achieve the esteemed gold standard award, from their outstanding dedication.
In the comprehensive assessment of youthful environmental initiatives within Phayao University, known as the "Green Youth" evaluation for the year 2022, the noteworthy project titled "Youth of Phayao University Environment Development Volunteers" garnered national recognition. This project originally, by the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, received guidance from Dr. Surat Sedpho as the project advisor. Notably, student representatives from the Conservation Club, namely Mr. Wijarn Suwanprateep, Mr. Sangphet Wangphon, and Mr. Harit Phakabua, participated in the award ceremony held on August 9, 2023, at the illustrious TK Palace Hotel and Convention in Bangkok.
Moreover, the 2022 Green Youth project showcased the dedication of conservation clubs from over 72 universities across country. Their substantial participation and submission of initiatives highlight the profound environmental awareness that resonates within the younger generation.
