On Thursday 19th, July 2023. AHS held a “AHS UP anniversary day 2023” held at AHS hall, School of Allied Health Sciences building in which students from both programs namely Medical Technology (MT) and Physical Therapy (PT) joined the event.
Sacred Buddhist ceremony had held from 9 am to 10 am, followed by official opening of research facilities at basement floor of AHS shop. Opening speech was given by Asst. Prof. Dr. Puttipong Poncumhak, Dean of AHS, which was starting by lighting up the sticks to pay respect to the great Buddha statue and ritual offering ceremony for deceased persons (Tawai Sungkatan). The administrative academic staff, lecturers, supporting staff and students from both programs had also been invited to participate in the event.
For the research building facilities opening event, Dr, Patchareeya Amput, associate dean for research, innovation, and public relation of AHS, gave a speech for establishing details. In this occasion all attendees were given an opportunity to look and explore the whole facilities which were useful for further planning of their research or studies.
