The Department of Community Health continues to accelerate public health professionals' professional development in order to fulfill the expectations of the Southeast Asian market.
The Department of Community Health, led by Ajarn Dr. Surangkana Chairinkham, Ajarn Orathai Ketkhao, Assistant Professor Dr. Thianthong Takeaew, Ajarn Pornpana Somchit, Ajarn Netnapha Promma, Assistant Professor Manuchet Manotham and Miss Piyaporn Pimpasang started a project to foster the potential of students in public health professions by allowing second-year students to participate in a study context in the community with the staff of the Health Promoting Hospital and health volunteers in that area to learn how to gather health information, geographical mapping, and risk groups in Normal and Emergency Situations. In addition, their students learn about the roles of public health practitioners in coordinating with communities.
