Apart from the AHS Dean, there were other staff who joined the event including. Dr. Weerasak Tapanya, Dr. Nopparat Sungkarit, Dr. Patchareeya Amput, Dr. Supanika Ladawan, Dr. Pajaree Manoy, Dr. Sintuporn Maharan, Assist. Prof. Nichapa Parasin and Miss Monthinee Watthanasuwakul.
The school had been named as a co-host for the event in-collaboration with other institutes namely Khonkaen University (the host of the event), Physical therapy council of Thailand, Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, University of Phayao, Saint Louis college, Thammasat University, and Prince Sonkhlanakarin University. The event had the main objective of encouragement for development and to publish novel research in related disciplines. The event also provided a source for students, physical therapists, lecturers, practitioners, and interested academic personnel to gather in-depth knowledge. Another clear objective of the event was to develop physical therapy careers and career path for attended participants.
