School of Nursing at the University of Phayao conducted the project entitled “Nursing Students’ Innovation Presentation”

On May 29th, 2023, the School of Nursing at the University of Phayao conducted the project entitled “Nursing Students’ Innovation Presentation” in UB005 Room, 99-year Phra Ubalee Building at the University of Phayao. The project aimed to enable the nursing students to enhance their critical thinking as well as use research process and information technology to create and present innovation for nursing and health promotion. This project was a part of the Community Nursing Practicum subject for summer, academic year 2023. The Dean of the School of Nursing, Asst. Prof. Dr. Dao Wiengkham gave the opening speech. The 14 health innovations were presented by the third-year nursing students. They were judged by a panelist of school experts composed of Dr. SaengdueanPhromkaewngam, Dr. Patcharin Sungwan, and Asst. Prof Dr. Sasinun Phunsuwan. Three categories of winning innovation awards were given in terms of creativity, practicability, and environmental preservation. The awarded innovations will be lifted further for the entry of the national/international nursing innovation competition. There were around 120 school staff and nursing students taking part in this project.
