Re-Bag products from Phase 2 of the HESI of the School of Architecture and Fine Arts, University of Phayao was employed the graduates from all courses within the school, total 105 people, by providing employment such as area survey, collecting data, analysis and development areas in different sub-districts in Phayao Province. Re-Bag products by Mr. Jaruwit Suklap a graduated from the course of Art and Design, School of Architecture and Fine Arts, University of Phayao, Academic Year 2019, has the concept of developing the area of ??Mae Ka Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phayao Province, which is the sub-district and also the location of University of Phayao. The majority of the population is students and university personnel, when there are many different groups of people so that is the source of plastic waste management problems in many areas as night market area, in front of convenience stores. From the problem that plastic bags scattered around, now it will become the sources for the use of plastic bags, which are difficult to biodegradable, to develop a re-bag products by extrusion overlaying multi-layer plastic bags that are durable and manufactured according to the concept of recycled waste materials (Recycle) and intentionally design the pattern and shape of the bag that can be used in everyday life.
