The success from Wisdom for Community Empowerment of University of Phayao focuses on bringing knowledge to develop communities for sustainability in accordance with the university's resolution "Wisdom for Community Empowerment" to further the university's vision " University for Community Innovation with International Standard", from 1 to 1 model project to the development of 1 school to 1 symbol project and become 1 school to 1 innovation community, achieved more than 100 projects such as:

According to the resolution " Wisdom for Community Empowerment", In 2022 University of Phayao has designated 16 School, 2 colleges, to select areas that are ready from the original working base on to the project, 1 school to 1 model and 1 school to 1 symbol of success, to operate in the form of "1 school to 1 Innovation Community".
