On 2 October 2026, The Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, led by Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President, together with Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the Division, and Mr. Thanawit Sridoungkham, Head of the Utilities and Facilities Section, visited the university's ongoing improvement and development project sites. The aim was to check progress and actual working conditions, and to consider approaches suited to each site and its use.

The visit covered three key sites:

1. Landscape improvement between General Education Buildings CE07 and CE08
The team inspected the layout of the area and the surrounding landscape elements, focusing on tidiness, aesthetics, and suitability for students and staff.

2. Surface repair of the parking area at the 99th Anniversary Phra Upali Khunupamachan Building
The team inspected the condition of the parking surface and the work at each spot, so that the repair approach suits the nature of the area and supports traffic flow efficiently. They also identified areas that need additional attention.

3. Motorcycle parking extension near Gate 3
The team followed up on the expansion of motorcycle parking, considering space allocation, entrances and exits, and ease of use, to accommodate the number of users and the traffic in the area.

The Division of Building and Facilities monitors work throughout the construction process so that it stays closely informed of conditions and progress. It will take the observations from the visit into account so that the work is completed properly, to a high standard, and serves the university community efficiently.
