On 27–28 June 2026, the School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao (SEEN-UP), organized the "Environmental and Energy Camp" for Grade 10 students from Phayao Pittayakhom School to enhance their knowledge and inspire their interest in environmental science and renewable energy.
The program featured lectures by Dr. Somanat Somprasert, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, Asst. Prof. Dr. Boonchuang Boonsuk, and Ms. Pimpsiri Suwannapat on the topic of forest carbon. In addition, Dr. Poramate Sittisun conducted lectures and hands-on training sessions on solar cell technology.
The camp aimed to provide students with opportunities for interactive learning and practical experience, strengthen their understanding of environmental and renewable energy issues, promote scientific thinking skills, and introduce the academic programs offered by the School of Energy and Environment, University of Phayao.
