The Division of Buildings and Facilities, University of Phayao, conducted mosquito fogging operations within the university premises to strengthen preventive measures and enhance control of mosquito-borne diseases. Staff carried out operations in classroom buildings, office buildings, and various common areas to reduce mosquito breeding grounds and minimize the risk of dengue fever.
This operation is part of the university's ongoing measures to promote hygiene and safety for students, personnel, and visitors. Staff conducted thorough inspections of high-risk areas and carried out comprehensive fogging to help reduce the spread of disease-carrying mosquitoes and instill confidence in those using the university's facilities.
In addition, the Division of Buildings and Facilities has encouraged all facility users to maintain cleanliness and avoid leaving stagnant water, which may serve as mosquito breeding grounds, in order to collectively create a clean, safe, and conducive environment for learning and working. The division will continue to monitor and oversee hygiene measures to mitigate the risk of disease within the university.
