On 2 May 2026, Dr. Nitaya Boonchum, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Corporate Communication, and International Affairs, together with Mr. Tossapol Kumsuphan, a lecturer in Communication Management at the School of Business and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, were invited to serve as guest speakers for the project “Enhancing Employment Opportunities for Graduating Students” under the activity entitled “Personality Development and Professional Skills” at the School of Nursing, University of Phayao.

The activity aimed to prepare students for entering the labor market by enhancing personality development, professional communication skills, and effective resume writing that clearly reflects individual competencies and potential. During the session, the speakers shared practical techniques, professional perspectives, and real-world experiences to help students adapt to modern workplace environments, where both technical expertise and interpersonal skills are increasingly important.

In addition, participants exchanged perspectives on future labor market trends, professional image development, resume presentation, and communication skills for job interviews, all of which are considered essential elements in increasing employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors.

The project also reflects the University’s commitment to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, through the development of essential 21st-century skills, and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by enhancing students’ readiness, competitiveness, and confidence as they transition into professional careers and become valuable contributors to society in the future.
