School of Engineering, University of Phayao, participated in the 'Show and Share UP KM & R2R Show UP 2024' project on September 24, 2024, at the Phayao City Conference Room, Information and Communication Technology Building, University of Phayao. The event was organized by the Personnel Division to promote and support development according to the university's strategy of becoming a Learning Organization (LO). The aim was to create a network for exchanging knowledge and success experiences between internal university departments, showcasing outstanding projects that serve as good examples of effective management to achieve the goals of Super KPI, in line with the strategic points of the university's development plan. Additionally, the event featured presentations and competitions of research projects aimed at work improvement (R2R) from recipients of the 11th batch of research development grants for fiscal year 2024.
This event was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, who presided over the opening ceremony. Associate Professor Dr. Nattapong Damrongwiriyanupap, Dean of school of Engineering, participated in the UP KM 2024 discussion under the topic 'Creating Research and Innovation to Develop the Economy, Society, and Community with International Publications.' Assistant Professor Dr. Erawin thavorn, Deputy Dean of Research and Academic Services, presented work on the learning space 'Research and Academic Services Center, school of Engineering.' Additionally, certificates of recognition were awarded by the President of the University of Phayao
