On September 4, 2024, the School of Education conducted a project to build relationships among personnel to create love, deep connection, values, and morale in the organization, Activity 2: the promotion of leadership, followership, and teamwork activity at M2 Hotel Waterside Hotel, Phayao by Associate Professor Dr. Ruksit Suttipong, the dean of the School of Education, was the president to open the project, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Sunthon Khlai-Um, the Associate Dean of Planning and Student Quality Development, Assistant Professor Dr. Namfon Gunma, the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Educational Innovation, Dr. Kasidit Meeprom, the Associate Dean of Organizational Administration and Quality Development, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Subphaso, Dr. Wipawee Siriluk, Assistant Dean, the Head of Office, the Head of Works, and supporting staff. It was honored by Mr. Udomsak Jiragankulgasame, the lecturer of Private Law, Mr. Sarawut Kantaphongphet, general administration officer, the School of Law, University of Phayao, and Mr. Krittayot Wongharn, the Head of Integration of Research and Academic Services Mission, the School of architecture and fine art, University of Phayao, were the lecturers on the topic “leadership, followership, and teamwork”. The objective is to encourage the School of Education personnel to increase love and commitment to the organization and build morale at work to develop themselves to achieve the School of Education, University of Phayao's goals efficiently.
