School of Political and Social Sciences Participates in the “UP-DMS Mobile Service Program” to Enhance Electronic Document Management Efficiency
    

         On Tuesday, 25 November 2025, the School of Political and Social Sciences, University of Phayao, participated in the “UP-DMS Mobile Service Program” held at the School’s meeting room.

Associate Professor Dr. Montra Pongnil, Dean of the School of Political and Social Sciences, led the School’s executives and staff to attend the session, which aimed to strengthen competencies in the effective use of the University’s electronic document management system (UP-DMS).



         

        The School was honored to welcome Ms. Natthida Chaonan, Director of the General Administration Division, together with a team of specialists who shared valuable knowledge and experiences related to UP-DMS operations, including workflow procedures, correct practices, and guidelines for integrating the system into daily administrative operations in alignment with the University’s document management standards.


        The session was highly engaging, featuring active discussions, practical questions, and suggestions for system enhancement tailored to the School’s operational needs. The activity greatly supported the School’s effort to improve efficiency, streamline internal operations, and enhance overall work effectiveness.

The School of Political and Social Sciences remains committed to strictly adhering to the University’s regulations on electronic document management to ensure professional workflow standards and contribute to the University’s long-term operational excellence.
