On September 1, 2025, the Office of School of Engineering, University of Phayao, organized the “Knowledge Sharing Activity 2025” at M2 Hotel Waterside, Phayao Province. The event aimed to enhance the capabilities of administrative staff by providing essential knowledge, understanding, and skills for effective performance, while also fostering a collaborative learning environment within the organization.

The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natthaphong Damrongwiriyanuphap, Dean of the School of Engineering, along with the School’s executives, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Apichat Buakla, Associate Dean for Administration and Special Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Erawil Thawon, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, who actively participated in sharing perspectives and exchanging ideas to strengthen the School’s operational effectiveness.

The Knowledge Sharing program featured presentations on work approaches, experience exchange among staff members, and brainstorming sessions aimed at improving internal processes. The outcomes of these activities are expected to be applied in daily operations, enabling staff to work more efficiently, learn from one another, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.
