School of Engineering, University of Phayao recently organized the program “Healthy Me: Wellness Starts with Us”, held from August 1–15, 2025 at the School’s activity area EN1–EN2 and Kwan Gear Hall. The initiative was designed to promote the health and well-being of the School’s academic staff, supporting personnel, and students.
The program focused on encouraging regular physical exercise to strengthen physical health while also fostering a positive and friendly working environment that supports stronger relationships among colleagues. The event was honored by the participation of two expert trainers: Mr. Adisorn Thurayos, a specialist in aerobics and Ms. Praweerach Chaimongkol, a yoga expert, who shared their knowledge and led practical sessions for all participants.
The “Healthy Me: Wellness Starts with Us” program represents one of the School’s key initiatives in enhancing the quality of life within the organization. By supporting the holistic well-being of its community—physically, mentally, and socially—the School of Engineering underscores its commitment to cultivating a healthy, supportive workplace that drives both personal fulfillment and organizational effectiveness.
