On June 26, 2025, School of Engineering at the University of Phayao, through a joint effort between its Student Affairs Division and Student Club, held the Annual Wai Khru and Phra Vishnukarma Worship Ceremony at the Gear Courtyard, located between buildings EN 1 and EN 2. The event saw active participation from both School members and students.

   The program featured several key components, including a tribute to Phra Vishnukarma, the traditional Wai Khru ceremony, and the presentation of certificates to students with outstanding academic performance. The awards were conferred by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natthaphong Damrongwiriyanupap, Dean of the School, accompanied by the administrators and school members

   The ceremony aimed to honor and appreciate the contributions of educators, while also upholding the long-standing customs of the engineering field. Honoring Phra Vishnukarma, regarded as the master craftsman and symbolic teacher of engineers, reflects the School’s commitment to values that resonate with the University of Phayao’s emphasis on aesthetics and personal development.
