Dr. Jarukan Nguyen Jitwongnan, Chair of the Bachelor of Arts in French Program, School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, was honored with the 2024 Outstanding French Teacher Award. She received the honorary pin bearing the royal cypher "Kor Wor" (กว), presented in a royal ceremony graciously presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at Sa Pathum Palace, Bangkok.
